We are committed to delivering your premium coffee quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff time or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Destinations
Garemistra currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We currently ship to:
- The 48 contiguous United States
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- APO/FPO military addresses (where supported by the shipping carrier)
- PO Boxes (carrier restrictions may apply)
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund if necessary.

Estimated delivery begins after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet our promotional minimum purchase amount, when applicable.
Any available shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment until delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
Garemistra cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have entered our fulfillment process.
Once processing has begun, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you require assistance.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and products.
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us after checking the tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Garemistra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Local Pickup & Local Delivery
Garemistra does not offer local pickup or local delivery services.
All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Service Interruptions
Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- National holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Carrier operational delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Unexpected logistical events
